Thanks for shopping with Resta. Here's how and when your order will reach you.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once it ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping times
Estimated delivery is 7–12 business days from dispatch for orders within the United States. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier handling and customs processing.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all orders.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It can take a day or two to start updating.
Orders arriving separately
If you order more than one item, they may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days — the rest of your order is still on its way.
Delays
We can't control delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our hands. If your order is significantly past the estimated window, email support@shopresta.com and we'll look into it.
International orders, customs & duties
Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes on international orders are set by your local authorities and are the recipient's responsibility. We have no control over these charges.
Wrong or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your address at checkout — we can't be responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly entered address. Spot a mistake? Email us right away and we'll try to fix it before dispatch.
Lost or damaged orders
If your order arrives damaged or tracking shows a problem, contact support@shopresta.com and we'll make it right.
