We want you to love your Resta. If it's not right for you, you're covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee — you have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a refund, no questions asked.
How to start
Just email us at support@shopresta.com with your order number and let us know you'd like a refund. That's it — there's no form to fill out and nothing to prove.
Do I need to send it back?
In most cases, no. For a refund request, you usually won't need to return the item — we'll take care of it on our end so you're not paying to ship anything back. If a return is required for any reason, we'll let you know and cover the details with you directly.
Damaged, defective, or wrong item
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything's defective, damaged, or not what you ordered, email us at support@shopresta.com with a photo and we'll make it right straight away — a replacement or a full refund, your choice.
Refunds
Once your refund is approved, we'll process it to your original payment method. It typically lands within 5–10 business days, though your bank or card provider may take a little longer to post it. If it's been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and you haven't seen it, email us at support@shopresta.com and we'll chase it up.
EU & UK orders — 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped to the European Union or United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Email support@shopresta.com to arrange this.
